PROJECT SUMMARRY The project topic is Temples of Orchha, the temples of Orchha terms refer to major temple attraction of Orchha. Which is very famous for its architecture, structure, religious faith, And incredible paintings. The historical temple of lord Rama which is the centre of faith for millions of pilgrims, adds spirituality to this palace. Mainly three temples are considering in this project, first is RamRaja temple. It is located middle of the village, and famous for its morning and evening ceremony and guard of honour. It is one and only palace where people are worshipping lord Rama as a King not as God. Second temple is Chaturbhuj temple which is near 50m from RamRaja temple, it is the huge temple architecture and built between 1558 A.D and 1573 A.D by king Madhuker Shah. The temple is faces east and is locate on an axis with the near Ram mandir. The third temple is Laxmi temple, it is located on a high elevation and this temple Incorporates element of fort Architecture and built on rectangular plan by Veer Singh Deo in 1622 A.D. and renovated in 1793 A.D. This temple interior contains exquisite of wall paintings of Bundela school Converging the walls and ceilings of three halls. which is belong to spiritual and seculer subject. The temples of orchha was construted in 16th centuary by Bundela dynasty. Orchha is a town in Tikamgarh district of Madhya Pradesh. Maharaja Rudra Pratap Singh established this town in 1501 A.D. as the seat of eponymous former princely state of central state of Bundelkhand. Orchha located on bank of Betwa River, all the paintings of laxmi temple and RamRaja temple are considering in this projet and also describing the Indo-Islamic architecture, like Gate Brackets Balcony domes etc. The Ram Raja temple’s architecture well known in world, it is first Hindu god temple in world, where lord Rama splendid in a Islamic architecture with 5 graceful domes. And also considering another major attraction of Orchha, like cenotaphs, sawan Bhado, shish mahal, and other activities like River Rafting, light and sound show. Orchha is a perfect example of nature and man made destination. Because of wild life centaury is perfect example of natural resources which is also a part of project.
